SFBdancyteach: Ah yes, same thing happens with our setter and cat. Cat nudges setter for an ear and face wash - if setter does not take the hint, cat bites setter's ear (gently)! Cat and setter often curled up in bed together. Whoever said dogs and cats were not friends obviously never saw setters!
