kpearsall: My dog (part IG part boston or so the rescue place thought) almost never makes noise. He's a nervous little guy though so he does whine a bit when he gets uncomfortable. He's barked twice since I adopted him, once at another dog and once at a kid who tried to pet him and totally did it all wrong. I just don't let strangers pet him any more, but people always want to because he's cute as a button.

Beanz920: Haha! Sounds like my IG when she gets angry and restless. We are the new owners of an IG and all she wants to do is cuddle and sleep and sit on our laps. She is unfriendly and timid around others. Although that is normal in the breed, her weight isn't. She is way too fat. We take her on regular walks and have cut way down to 1/2 cup of dog food a day. She weights about 17 pounds and we can't seem to get her down to an average weight of about 13 pounds, Do you have any other suggestions?
