Thanks Megan... we think so too! :)
Just goes to prove that dogs are pretty smart... and you thought YOU had HIM trained! LOL p.s. I would love to see that on video btw... I think I'd laugh for days!
??????Does anyone where I could get a chocolate lab around New Jersey? ??????
LMAO!!!!! that was soo cute and funny!!
Too cute! What a wonderful Golden to play so gently with the puppy!
Gotta love Labs! Hershey has taught our other chocolate pup how to do that too... all she does now is raise her paw whenever another dog (or one of us) goes near her. She is only 3 months old, so it is pretty cute. You should post a video of your Hershey doing that... it would be cool to see.

Try going to the craig's list web site... thats how we found ours.
Nope... We're actually up in Canada, so that would make it that much more unlikely.
Me neither.
From what I've heard and what I know, they're probably the sweetest, nicest dogs EVER.
i have a chocolate lab named hershey
Our female lab pup used to just lie down while playing tug with our older male. She'd lie there and dig her feet in and let him do all the heavy work lol!
btw anydog can be aggressive and barky, its all in how it was raised, my uncle has a yellow lab, that is a big boy now, the first day I saw it was a couple of months ago, when I tried to pet it, it actually took a bite at my hand before I got 3 inches from its head. So yea, those dogs can be nasty, but then again my nephew the kid that owns the dog is very crazy and as a baby he would punch and even kick the poor dog.
Made me smile. Thanks for the memeories and the laughter.
i dont think ive ever seen or heard of an ill tempered retriever of any sort
Lol The Chocolate Lab Won't Give Up.....Over A stuffed Duck...
Well, it was her favourite toy... I say "was" because now it is nothing but a ripped up piece of yellow and orange fabric with remnants of cotton fluff about the back yard. Bet you didn't see that one coming, huh.
A friend of mine has one named Coco.
I call her Chocolat
I love you puppie!!!!and the golden R. it's very pretty to!
Wow that little puppy has a lot of spunk!
that's the cutiest tthing i have a golden lad and a german shepard and they do that all the time it's so cute!
That's a gutsy puppy you've got there. And they're both SO CUTE!
then you picked a good name for her
Godiva is such a cute name for a chocolate lab!
She only looks gutsy because he is a HUGE suck... Funniest thing is, he doesn't get along well with other dogs (not that you could tell by watching this!)
my choc lab is named Ralph, he's 3 months old now :) he's adorable and also naughty :)
Did you also have a dog named kudo? I have a dog named Godiva and her brother is named Kudo. And a dog named Eco? I think I might have adopted them from u.
grrrrrr.
Another tug of war session?
in the beginning of this video I could of swore the back of that lab looked just like my scooby, a dachshund. They look alot alike. but upfront he doesnt have that bulge in his chest.
That's pretty funny! What can you say, I guess that is what makes labs so special.
my dogs love to do that! but they're big girls now.
all i can say is aww, repeatedly through the entire video./ reminds me so much of my chocolate mocha, she's 5 ow dark like yours (two chocolate parents i take it?) and last weighed 85 lap dog pounds.
Two chocolate parents indeed! She's not 85 pounds yet, but I'm sure she'll get there soon enough! Thanks for writing brandonha.
Yeah, now she beats him up! He should have stood up to her when he had the chance! LOL
wow hershey and godiva the owners must really love chocolate
i have a dog named mocha too shes a chocolate lab her and my neigbors chocolate lab mate and she had a litter of 13 puppies 4 died ;[
Guilty! Our other dog's name is Guinness... I'll let you guess why
lol
I have a boy lab named hershey too! (105lbs and he's only 16months old) Since day one he's played like that with our other dog and she's only 30lbs... for some odd reason he still to this day is afraid of her. LOL
He's a smart little guy too! He does this thing where he'll smack you with his pawl to get your attention. He smacks our other dog in the head when he wants to play. LOL
LOL thats way too cute! Since we live in Ga my Hershey hate the heat... I'll be laying on the couch and he'll come over and just start smacking me in the head till I turn the AC on. I'll have to post a video of him doing that... he's too funny
What can I say that little guy has me wrapped around his pawl... LOL We even trained him how to shut the door when he comes inside and how to get someone a beer... i'll have to find my videos and post them soon you'll love it!
The beer thing was easy! The door thing not so much. But he's got the hang of both of them now. when he comes inside all you have to say is "DOOR Herhsey!" and he'll turn around and jump up and push it shut.... Labs are so smart
your dogs are SOOOO cute!!!
